Chimneys

Acid-proof chimneys
Acid-proof chimneys are used to discharge flue gases from gas or oil fuel heating systems and devices producing aggressive vapours, e.g. from painting lines. We make them from acid-proof nickel-chromium sheets with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm. Individual elements of the chimney system are connected by standard cups.
There is a possibility of making flange-mounted chimneys whose construction allows for a longer service life and increases the safety of elements.
Heat-resistant chimneys
Heat-resistant chimneys are mainly used for discharging flue gases from heating devices and melting furnaces. We make them from heat-resistant nickel-chromium sheets with a thickness of 0.8 to 6.0 mm. Due to the high performance parameters of heat-resistant chimneys, a flange connection is used here, which increases the safety of the system. The joints of the chimneys are welds.
Chimney insulation on request
We perform thermal insulation of chimneys, adapted to high temperatures from the cladding side, protected with a nickel-chromium, aluminium or powder coated galvanized sheet.
The insulation meets safety requirements, improves parameters in heat recovery and protects against external conditions.
